I. Directions for use
1.Fire-proof shutter doors can not be used as ordinary doors, shutter doors are strictly prohibited to stand at the bottom. Electrical facilities may not remove and switch without authorization, under the action of smoke temperature signal automatic operation, only in the fire control room signal failure to use manual operation;
2. According to the regulations on fire control, fire-proof shutter doors shall not be used for other purposes as special fire-fighting facilities, and no items shall be stacked directly below the shutter;
3.After installation and commissioning, start up every quarter to check the electrical and mechanical properties, pay attention to the safety of operation
II. Fire code for fire-proof shutter doors
1.The fire roll shutter on the channel is automatically controlled according to the following procedures：(1)After the smoke detector moves, the rolling curtain drops to 1.8 M from the ground (floor) surface;（2）After the temperature detector moves, the rolling curtain drops to the end
2.Used as a fire-proof curtain, fire detector action, the curtain should fall to the end
3.The surface of the curtain plate, guide rail, lintel, reel and other parts of the fire-proof shutter door is not allowed to have cracks, pits and more obvious defects such as bump, hammer marks, burrs, holes, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use them for other purposes.
4.When moving up and down, rolling up and down, it is strictly forbidden to pile up items to affect the opening and closing of the shutter door
5.The exposed surface of the fire roll curtain door must be paid to rust treatment (do not spray indiscriminately) , and the flexibility of opening and closing shall be checked every quarter
6.Check all fasteners once a month to ensure fastener fastening and no loosening
7.A ventilation pipe and water pipe shall not be provided at the upper part of the installation curtain door
